It’s new times where the sharing of yoga is more important than ever. The practice of yoga can reduce the stress level and anxiety, to make yoga accessible to everyone I offer my online classes on donation / pay as you can basis.
That means if you can afford 3€ pay 3€, a suggested price per session is 5€ or donate the amount you think is appropriate.
This global crisis has hit us all unexpected so if things are really hard on you, don’t worry you can practice along!
If you have practiced in a studio somewhere, you are familiar with studio class pricing between 12€ to 18€ just to give you an idea.

This is how it goes
Class are streamed via WeBex software, the set up is super easy. Just follow the provided link and you are ready to go. You can join from any mobile device, too. No need to create an account!
Before your first class make sure you take 15-20 minutes in advance to get everything ready, if you need to sort out any technical issues.
The classes will be recorded and provided in a private group after, so if you can’t join on the specific date and time (living in a different time zone), but registered roll out your yoga mat so you can practice later.
Terms & Conditions to roll along the Online Yoga Classes
With registering to an online class you agree
on the donation / pay as you can basis no refund will be provided.
That you are physically and mentally in the condition to practice the provided yoga at your own risk and you prepared the space at your home to eliminate the risk of any injuries for a safe and secure practice.
That the instructor Steffi is not liable for any injuries that might occur in a live stream yoga class (Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra). Further you agree to that Steffi is unable to provide you with any personal feedback during the class. .
